Interview with Author Isabell Hayden
Isabell Hayden is a child author. She loves to draw, dance, read, and write. Isabell also enjoys building LEGOs with Dad, baking cupcakes with Grandma (while wearing matching aprons), solving challenging puzzles with Grandpa, playing beautiful tunes on the piano for her pup, Daisy, and, last but not least, reading a good book with Mom. Isabell hopes to write more books to share her love of nature and all things fun and creative.
HelloAuthorIsabell Hayden, Welcome to WorldAuthors.Org! What was your main drive to write this book?
This book is inspired by my love of nature and my walks in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. During summer, I would visit my grandparents” cottage in the woods. However, due to the pandemic, I was unable to travel from California to visit her grandparents. Writing Adventures of Amber: Walk in the Woods allowed me to fondly reminisce on my joyful walks in the forest with her grandma.
What do you hope readers will learn by reading this book?
The magnificent beauty of Mother Nature surrounds us, and it offers joy and serenity. It is full of wonderment ready to be discovered by all of us.
Did you do much research when planning this book?
Yes, my mom and I did a lot of research together for the animal facts at the end of the book. We want to make sure the information about them were informative and fun to read.
Did you have any main people who helped you in the process of this book or influenced you to write it?
Yes, the main person that provide guidance is my mom.
How long did this book take you to write from initial thought to hitting publish?
It took about a year from idea inception to the final steps of having the book available to readers.
Do you have plans to write more about this topic or new topics?
Currently, I have several projects my mom and I are working on. I would love to continue to take readers on more of Amber’s adventures.
