He is also the author and writer of ‘Public Speaking: Motivational Speeches In Depth’ which is considered the go-to Bible for public speakers. Author Ali R. Jaber (born on April 7th, 1993) in Toledo, Ohio, United States is Lebanese-American.
Hello Author Ali R. Jaber, We welcome you to WorldAuthors.Org! Where did you grow up and where do you live now?
Thanks for interviewing me. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, United States. I have been living in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, United States for the past ten years.
Where did your nickname ‘Pride of Lebanon’ come from?
Pride of Lebanon came from my fans and from journalists who wrote about me. I started making motivational videos to give the Lebanese people hope, inspiration, and motivation. My country of origin Lebanon is facing severe economic difficulties and the people of Lebanon are struggling. I wanted to do something from them. I wanted to show them that I cared about them. After becoming a popular motivational speaker, my efforts did not go unnoticed and people named me Pride of Lebanon.
What is your latest news?
I am in the process of publishing the audiobook series of my latest book ‘Public Speaking: Motivational Speeches In Depth’. I am also writing my second book, Which should be released soon.
When did you begin writing?
I started writing at a very young age. I have always been creative when it comes to writing. Writing was always my favorite subject in High School and College.
What inspired you to write ‘Public Speaking: Motivational Speeches In Depth’
I wrote this book to give other speakers deep insights to successful motivational speaking. I wanted other speakers to understand the philosophy behind successful speaking. I wanted to make speakers understand and avoid potential mistakes that many speakers tend to make.
Do the speaking strategies that you provided come from your personal experience as a speaker?
Yes, as a motivational speaker with a following base in the thousands, I consider myself a successful speaker. I wanted to share my skills and strategies with upcoming speakers who might not have the knowledge behind making a good speech.
Who designed the book covers?
I designed the covers myself. I am also a certified graphic designer and I have years of experience in graphic design.
What do you consider the hardest part of writing your book?
I don’t think writing has a hard part. However, it can get complicated sometimes because as a writer you always want everything to be perfect.
What advice would you give to other writers?
My advice to other writers would be to always be natural when you are writing. Always take a break when you face writers-block. Do not stress it and be as original as you can be. Take your time and do not rush things. Rushing leads to mistakes and mistakes make you less credible.
Is there anything else you would like to say to your fans?
First, I would like to say thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and looking up to me. My mission is to give people hope, motivation, advice, and ambition. I want people to be successful in life. I love to coach others and to help them get one step closer to achieving their goals.
