The writer of the highest-grossing Hindi film Jawan is Atlee, a well-known Indian film director and writer who has made a name for himself in the Tamil film industry and in Bollywood as well post-release of Jawan.

The 37-year-old director has directed several successful movies and is known for his unique storytelling style and ability to connect with audiences by adding an emotional quotient to the story. Atlee has crafted a script that kept the audience on the edge of their seats from start to finish.

Starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, Jawan broke all the previous box office records. The high-octane action thriller film presented the superstar in a never-seen-before avatar, while the gripping storyline made it a must-watch.

Other than Shah Rukh Khan, the film also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Ashlesha Thakur, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Riddhi Dogra, and Leher Khan in key roles. The film has grossed over 761.98 crore in India, while overseas numbers reached as high as 386.34 crore.

Atlee’s previous works like ‘Theri’ and ‘Mersal’ have been praised for their strong character development, engaging plotlines, and powerful messages, and with Jawan, the director has again showcased his extraordinary talent as a writer and director.
