Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi are the writers behind the critically acclaimed and highly successful Bollywood movie Lage Raho Munna Bhai, which is a sequel to Munna Bhai MBBS. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani himself, the film was released in 2006 and quickly became a massive hit among audiences and critics alike.

The duo of Hirani and Joshi is popular for their unique storytelling style that blends social commentary, humour, and emotional depth, and Lage Raho Munna Bhai is no exception to that.

One of the key elements that sets Lage Raho Munna Bhai apart from regular Bollywood movies is its focus on Gandhian principles. It introduces the concept of Gandhigiri, a term coined by the writers to portray the protagonist’s exercise of non-violent protest and peaceful confrontation to bring about positive change in society.

The witty and thought-provoking writing, sharp dialogues, well-developed characters, and great storyline make the film a must-watch. Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Vidya Balan, Boman Irani, and Dilip Prabhavalkar are some of the important cast members of the film. The dynamic duo of Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi is a blessing to the world of Indian cinema, as they are considered the most respected writers in Bollywood.
