You 
sitting there
trying to dive 
into active silence
but your thoughts do not calm down

Your mind swirls in problems, needs and goals
as if offense against of a swarm of piranhas 
you do not welcome thoughts about 
lightness, hope and trust

Search for the crown of your head
and don’t comb against it


Stop!

Straighten up yourself
until your spine is alined and
its extension hits the center 
of all of us

At the same time
your feet touch 
the ground
and your mind cease.
