Mars governs the qualities of assertiveness and physical activities. A well-placed Mars can bring success and fitness, while a poorly placed Mars can lead to conflicts, aggression, and anger issues. Here are the three ways to strengthen your Mars in Vedic astrology:

    1. Fasting on Tuesdays

    Fasting is a traditional practice that helps balance the planetary energies. Tuesday is dedicated to Mars, so fasting on Tuesdays can strengthen its positive influence in one’s life. Also, Tuesday is linked with Lord Hanuman, so praying to Hanuman Ji would be beneficial as well.
