Classic literature has stood the test of time, as its test is whether it captivates readers for generations with its eternal themes and situations. While some may call classic books outdated or irrelevant, the truth is that many classic novels continue to resonate with modern readers, giving precious insights into human nature, society, and the human experience.

Here are the three classic novels that are still relevant today:

    1984 by George Orwell

George Orwell’s 1984 is a dystopian masterpiece as it talks about a totalitarian society where individual freedom is buried and truth is manipulated by those in power. The book also talks about the importance of preserving democratic values.

    2. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

Published in 1813, Pride and Prejudice is Jane Austen’s most beloved novel and has timeless themes of love, marriage, class, and social expectations that are still relevant today. Austen’s witty commentary on societal norms and gender roles makes the book a classic.

    3. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

To Kill a Mockingbird, published in 1960, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, and it continues to be a powerful and touching exploration of racism, injustice, and morality. It covers themes such as prejudice, social inequality, and the seeking of justice.
