Wings to Our Hopes, Volume I is a collection of 75 important speeches by President Droupadi Murmu from her first year in office. The book will be released today in New Delhi.
Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will officially launch the e-book, with Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw also attending. The Publication Division has published the book.
The book features some of President Murmu’s important speeches given at national and international events since she took office. It shares her views and messages on topics like governance, education, social development, women’s empowerment, tribal communities, democracy, and nation-building.
Wings to Our Hopes, Volume I will be available in both Hindi and English, so more people across the country can read it.
President Droupadi Murmu became India’s 15th President in 2022. In her speeches, she often talks about inclusive growth, constitutional values, youth empowerment, and the preservation of India’s cultural heritage. This book collects those speeches from the start of her term.
Senior government officials, dignitaries, and people from the publication and media sectors are expected to attend the release event in New Delhi.
