Senior editor and author Alok Mehta recently met India’s Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi, where he personally presented a copy of his new book, Revolutionary Raj: Narendra Modi’s 25 Years.
The meeting at Amit Shah’s residence in Delhi marked an important moment for the book, which examines Narendra Modi’s 25-year journey in public life and governance. The coffee-table book gives readers a detailed and well-researched look at Prime Minister Modi’s political, administrative, and ideological evolution, from his years as Chief Minister of Gujarat to his tenure as Prime Minister of India.
Published by Shubhi Publications, Revolutionary Raj highlights key welfare schemes, major policy decisions, and administrative innovations that have shaped India’s direction over the past two decades. The book presents these developments in an accessible and visually engaging format for readers across generations.
Sharing his thoughts on the meeting, Alok Mehta wrote that it was a pleasure to present the book to Amit Shah. He added that the Home Minister appreciated the book’s attractive presentation and in-depth analysis, and expressed hope that it would reach a wider audience, including libraries and serious readers across the country.
