Mercury is considered one of the most significant planets in Vedic astrology, representing intellect, communication, reasoning, and analytical abilities. If it is strongly placed in one’s chart, it can enhance the skills in education, business, and communication, while weak Mercury may lead to challenges in these areas. Here are some of the ways to strengthen your Mercury.

    Fasting on Wednesdays

Mercury, called Budh in Hindi, is connected to Wednesday. Fasting on Wednesdays can appease Mercury. One can eat only fruits or specific grains on the fasting day. The practice of fasting helps cultivate mindfulness and strengthens your connection with Mercury.

    Engaging in learning activities

One of the easiest ways to strengthen your Mercury is by engaging in activities that stimulate your mind. For example, reading, writing, or learning new skills can make your Mercury stronger. Mercury governs intellect and learning, so one must keep learning something.

    Meditation and Mindfulness

Making a habit of meditating every day can sharpen your mind and improve clarity of thought. Mindfulness meditation is one of the best ways to strengthen your Mercury, as it helps you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, enhancing your intellectual capabilities.
