What does it really mean to live well?
Is it about taking care of our bodies, managing stress, understanding our emotions, finding balance, or simply learning to listen more closely to what we truly need?
Panel 3 — Living Well brings together Dr. Christine Silverstein, Sarah Deschamps, and Dr. Roxanne Daleo, three authors who approach health, well-being, resilience, and personal transformation from different perspectives.
Dr. Christine Silverstein
With decades of experience in healthcare, education, and crisis intervention, Dr. Christine Silverstein brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her writing and advocacy.
Her work explores resilience, courage, and the ability to move forward through difficult and sometimes life-changing circumstances. She looks at how we respond when life challenges us and how those experiences can change the way we understand ourselves.
Her message is simple but powerful: resilience is not about avoiding adversity. It is about discovering the inner resources that help us face it and continue moving forward.
Sarah Deschamps

Sarah Deschamps brings a holistic perspective to the idea of living well, encouraging us to look at the connection between our everyday choices and our overall well-being.
Her work explores how we can become more conscious of what supports us physically, emotionally, and personally. Rather than searching for one perfect formula, she encourages a more intentional approach to life—learning to understand what our bodies and minds are telling us and making choices that support greater balance.
Dr. Roxanne Daleo

Dr. Roxanne Daleo focuses on emotional well-being, relaxation, mindfulness, and stress management for both children and adults.
Through her books, programs, and decades of experience, she has explored how breathing, imagery, relaxation, and mindful awareness can help us manage anxiety and navigate difficult emotions.
Her work also highlights the importance of teaching these skills early. Helping children understand and regulate their emotions can give them valuable tools that stay with them throughout life.

Together, Christine, Sarah, and Roxanne approach Living Well from different directions, but their ideas meet at an important point: well-being is something we actively cultivate.
It can mean becoming more resilient after adversity, paying attention to the choices we make every day, understanding our emotions, managing stress, and finding practices that help us reconnect with ourselves.
Three women.
Three perspectives.
One meaningful conversation about living with greater awareness, balance, and resilience.
