As Maa Kali is beyond time, she existed when nothing existed. Kali Maa is considered ruthless and unforgiving. Her devotees, if blessed, are saved from all the harms by Maa Kali. Chanting Om Kreem Kalikayai Namah will protect the devotees from evil spirits and negative energies and help them overcome fear and anxiety. However, as it is a beej mantra, it is better to start chanting the mantra under the guidance of a priest, guru, or learned person.
