From the Western Cape, South Africa, to the big world to chase her dreams, meet Horentia Cornelissen. She started her journey many years ago as an au pair in France, where she learned foreign languages while educating children. During her free time, she explored the fashion world and went on to build a remarkable career in modeling.
Her journey eventually led her to the literary world, and today she is the author of the internationally available Kindle book, “A Supermodel’s Story,” available on Amazon.
After her book went viral, she took the next step by becoming a screenwriter and pitching her story to the film industry. Her goal is to take her work from script to screen. Now, with cameras ready to roll, her story is coming to life with the film “Boarding Pass Hollywood,” based on her book.
“Words have power. Manifestation, prayer, and belief are what got me here. I’m here to leave an imprint, not just footsteps. The next generation needs an example of what they are capable of achieving. Together, we can make this universe a better place.”
Inspired by the legacy of Frances Marion, the pioneering 20th-century screenwriter who used storytelling as her voice, Horentia continues to pursue her dream of making an impact through film.
