In today’s work environment, knowing your employee rights is essential for experiencing a safe, fair, and productive workplace. These rights are made to protect employees from discrimination, ensure fair treatment, promote proper growth, and overall well-being. Here are some of the most important employee rights you should never miss out on:

    Right to Fair Compensation

Fair compensation is the most basic and fundamental right for all employees. It includes the minimum wage, which employees are entitled to get. Overtime pay is a part of it. If any employee works overtime, then the employee should get the overtime payment.

    Right to Health Insurance

For employees, access to health insurance is imperative, as it is one of the most basic rights of employees. By giving health insurance to them, they also feel safe in the environment, and they feel safe as well.

    Right to Paid Leave

Paid leave is an important right of an employee, according to the laws of the country. If an employee works on national holidays or festivals, then they are paid extra for that. It is imperative for employees to be aware of the fact that they can use their paid leave as well.
